We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Minor variations in print placement or color are normal in the printing process.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST (if applicable).

Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order verification (for Cash on Delivery, if available).

ZUVRA reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:

• Damaged products

• Defective products

• Wrong product received

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection by the customer unless an exchange policy is specifically offered.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

All ZUVRA logos, graphics, product designs, images, and website content are the intellectual property of ZUVRA.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
